Purpose
To ensure a smooth transition from the Delivery team to the Sales team, we use a structured handoff process. This helps maintain continuity, strengthen client relationships, and identify future opportunities.

When to Use This Template
The handoff process should take place after the Capstone Meeting has been completed with the client. This ensures that all final discussions, project outcomes, and potential next steps have been addressed before transitioning the client back to Sales.

Steps to Complete the Handoff
  1. Fill Out the Handoff Template
    • Use the Snippet - Handoff from Delivery to Sales to document key details about the project, client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Ensure all relevant information is clear, concise, and actionable for the Sales team.
  2. Update the COMPANY Record in HubSpot
    • Navigate to the Company record in HubSpot.
    • Add a note with the handoff details from the template.
    • Tag the appropriate sales team member, ensuring they are notified of the update.
  3. Introduce Frank to the Client
    • Send an email introducing Frank (or the designated sales team member) as the new point of contact for ongoing discussions and future opportunities.
    • Ensure the client knows who to reach out to for any questions moving forward.
  4. Notify Frank About the Handoff
    • Send a direct message or email to Frank confirming that the COMPANY record in HubSpot has been updated with project notes.
    • Encourage him to review the details and prepare for follow-up with the client.
